Can the AI design my house?
Pro users can describe a house in plain words, or upload a photo of one they like, and the AI designer produces a concept: a to-scale plan that passes the app's layout checks, with 3D and a priced bill. It is a concept for budgeting, not a design for approval.
The AI designer turns a description such as "four bedrooms, all en-suite, open kitchen, a study, on an eighth of an acre" into a plan. The plan goes through the same checks as the catalogue designs, such as room sizes, a way through the house, and whether it fits the plot, before you see it. The bill is then measured from it like any other design.
Treat it as a starting point to discuss with an architect. County approval needs drawings from a registered professional.
