What we collect

Your name, email, phone (if provided), and the project data you create. M-Pesa payments are processed by Safaricom; we store the transaction reference and phone number used to pay, never your PIN.

How we use it

To run the Service, process payments, and improve our price index. Prices from BOQ line items feed an anonymous community median — no names, projects or identities are attached to those figures.

AI processing

When you use AI features, your brief, drawing or BOQ content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result. It is not used to train their models.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. A project becomes visible to others only if you create a public share link. When you request quotes on the marketplace, your name, county and the project details needed to quote (material list or design brief) are shared with the vendors you selected — and with no one else.

Your choices

You can delete projects at any time. To delete your account and data, email dwaiguru4@gmail.com.
